Terms & Conditions:

  1. Brand Identity: All products must be sold under the Hueb brand name only.
  2. Intellectual Property: Designs, images, and marketing content are the sole property of Hueb and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for personal or non-authorized commercial purposes.
  3. Social Media Tagging: All social media posts or stories featuring Hueb products must tag @Hueb and mention the brand name.
  4. Design Protection:Β Any reproduction, imitation, modification, or creation of similar or inspired designs based on Hueb’s designs, logos, product names, or branding is strictly prohibited. Hueb maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any unauthorized copying or derivative works, and will take immediate legal action against any infringement.
  5. Authorized Use: Marketing material provided by Hueb must be used only for the promotion of Hueb products.
  6. Display Integrity: Products must be presented in a manner consistent with Hueb's brand image and luxury positioning.
  7. Pricing Integrity: Retailers may not publish any discounted prices of Hueb products on their websites or online platforms. All publicly displayed prices must reflect full retail value, in alignment with Hueb’s brand positioning. Discounted pricing, if offered, must be communicated privately and only with prior written approval from Hueb.
  8. No Redistribution: Hueb products cannot be resold to third-party retailers or platforms without prior written consent.
  9. Data Confidentiality: Any proprietary information shared by Hueb must remain confidential and not be disclosed to competitors or external parties.
  10. Termination Clause: Hueb reserves the right to revoke Ambassador status at any time if terms are violated.
